As for TagMo I've tried all the versions from 2.3.0 through 2.3.4beta as I said and they all crash. I have the keys and a bin that supposedly has 20 heart data as well as instructions on which values to change even if the bin doesn't work. It just doesn't matter though since it crashes every time.

The NXP Tag Info app is correctly identifying it as a ntag215. By the "tag dump file" do you mean that the amiibo dump file is corrupted/invalid? Or the key.bin file is messed up.
