Everything was adjusted to factory specs. I have run out options to resolve. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 2002 Eiger 400 Carb Problems still. I'm still having problems with idling and it still backfires at low throttle. I have the carb apart again. There are three screws on the bottom by the float, 2 regular screwdriver and the bigger one I use a small wrench to back off. I've sprayed carb cleaner thru all three with the screws out.

Suzuki 400 stumbling after idle. 2004 eiger having stumbling issues past idle. Engine does not smoke so guessing compression is good. Came with an aftermarket carb when purchased. I purchased a second aftermarket carb to negate carb condition issues. Air Fuel screw 1 1/2 turns. Idles fine but once you get to quarter throttle and above it stumbles.
