Hi. I have just encountered this ‘Unexpected Error’ message when trying to update my Sonos Controller on a Mac Mini running MacOS Ventura 13.4.1. It’s far from the first time. Looking at this thread the Sonos update problem has been ongoing for months. Quark does not have such a persistent update problem. Nor do other 3rd-party apps.Sonos, on the other hand, doesn't like MacOS and never has. Thus, to update, Mac users must locate their Sonos app in the Applications folder, delete it, then go back to the Sonos website, find the download link, then download it.
