I think your biggest red flag is not shadowing. This will truly hurt you. I only shadowed MDs and I know this really did hurt my chances at many other DO programs. Many it is a requirement to shadow a DO before you can apply (at still was 20 hours the time I looked at applying). I applied 5 DO, 3 interview and 2 matches.
