Season 11 must ban is Irelia. Ryze can fight pretty much anyone else, Irelia is the only really undoable matchup. Akali, Yone, Yasuo, and champs like that are all doable, albeit difficult matchups. As far as worth he's a safe blind pick, and he has a freedom to build what he wants more than most champions. He can fit into a lot of comps and he can carry.
