I'm not sure if that setting is avaliable in mycareer but in myleague you can turn "normalize played to sim minutes" which means your stats from a 5 minute game will be multiplied to match CPU's 12 minutes stats. (Ex. you score 20 points on 5 minute quarters, then in the post game screen it will show up as something around 42-45).2 = Floor General, the most selfless badge in the game.
