I took COMSAE 106 the week prior to my exam and it underpredicted me by 10 points. School mandated we had to get a 500 10-30 days prior to our exam to sit for comlex. I've seen 450+ being mentioned, but what about those who consistently score over 400 on COMSAE's? The NBOME posted a study about this comparing students from 2019-2020 I believe. 400 on comsae was like 90-95% chance of passing, 450 on COMSAE was 95-100% chance, and 500 was at least 100% chance of passing the real deal.
