I am looking to purchase a used F80 and I have recently shipped one from California to Arizona through Carmax. I completely understand Carmax is overpriced but the 5 year warranty is what is drawing me in the most. The question I have is if it is simply way too overpriced. The car in question is $55k "no-haggle".

This is just to ensure you can replace it before you start the rest of the job. The oil filter housing will drain oil back into the sump once you remove the oil filter abit, which is a good thing to do before you drain the oil from the sump. If you're going to keep the stock airbox just keep the stock paper filters & remove the carbon filters. The stock paper filters flow better than anything else out there and do a better job of filtering out dirt.
