Sounds like a boost leak. Lots of culprits possible, but a likely one (and super easy/cheap) to check first is the PCV valve. Also a quick sanity check under the hood looking for any loose hoses/clamps can be easy to check off the list. Any competent shop should be able to do a boost leak check and find the leak rather quickly. During that research I ran across a video for a pcv bypass kit from the Xtremerevolutions member and the stock pcv in my intake is not visible looking down the hose port.

Second, a valve that's part of the PCV system in the intake manifold is broken letting high pressure air from the turbo into the crankcase and coming out the seals. It is designed to be under slight vacuum while the engine is running. So, if you're running the engine with the oil cap off or not sealed correctly ...
