Entertainment in Fuengirola is very low key. Few places have a music licence and the police raid now and then. It's not too bad in an hotel, but even then much of the entertainment is below par. Angela pool is seafront, infinity they call it, t's at the back of the Hotel, but slightly forward of it at the front end. Re: Travel card. There is a frequent (every 20 mins) local train service from the airport to Fuengirola. You need to look at one of the train ticket threads for how to get the free travel on the trains. The local buses are cheap and efficient, get a green bus card (you only need one between you) from any Tabac and top it up with €10.

Surprised that the farmacia in question just doesn’t approach the customer at the entrance with a mask in hand and request a 10 cent coin.

Pop down the Port, there's a lot of Spanish & Brit owed Bars and Restaurants doing cheap Pints, G&T at the Carribean Mermaid 1.75 Euro, Desperate Dans for Pies, Roasts etc plus its a nice outlook with Live Music in the inner square every Sunday Afternoon that gets packed so go early.
If not this is Fuengirolas taxi number 00 34 952 47 10 00 just say "un taxi para and then the name of your hotel" or if you need 2 then "dos taxis para and then the name of your hotel". I am sure one of the girls at "Radio Taxi Fuengirola" speak some English or will try to understand you, I mean its business for them.
I prefer trying different restaurants each day. Fuengirola and Benalmadena are only 15 minutes away by train. Trains run every 20 minutes during the day. Benalmadena is like three separate areas.
