Gold Hand setup vs. boss setup are pretty different. A Tri-auto-Ma Trumpeter with Mind Charge and Megidola/on is great for farming Gold Hands, but could be improved for boss killing. Instead of an Almighty spell, giving him an element (I think he comes with Ziodyne) and its respective Boost and Amp could really increase your damage.
