Kubota glide shift transmission.
Have a Kubota 2850 GST and having difficulties to shift forward/reverse. Have to clutch/unclutch, move gear shift lever and move tractor to be able to shift forward/reverse. Glide shift clutch "squeals" when trans goes from low to high. Rear attachment doesn't raise when cold (read very cold here in Canada), ok in mild weather.

I was off of the clutch and both hands on the wheel so I don't think I knocked anything out of gear .
