The only affect is that if the pressure is below 100% the drills are slower, harvester seems doesn´t affect. But it doesn´t do anything other with 200, 300 or 400 pressure. Sure, the T1 have a hard limited input pressure, but even the T2 or T3 doesn´t affect of different pressure between 100% and 400%.
