The control over the helicopter is insane if you learn AFM. BFM teaches you that throttle doesn't matter, in AFM throttle matters at every speed even you are flying straight. The standard controls are just clunky and really weird in my opinion. I mean, in real life even someone who has never flown a helicopter can fly one if he gets a 10min introduction from a flight instructor, and the controls in arma 3 are more complicated than in real life. And by all necessary means, Arma is no flight simulator.The way it is modeled in ArmA is just two vectors. Q being lift directed completly vertical upwards to the rotor and Z vertical downwards.
