According to the article, Galleri had a pool of 6600 people previously and caught cancer in 35 out of that 6600, which initially sounds great, until you find that it also had 57 false positives, and given that this is just detecting signs of cancer in the blood, I suspect it requires quite a bit of whole body imaging to try and find where the cancer is after that.
