I ordered a used one online then had the ford dealer program it. Verify the cluster properly powers up. If it doesn't, PATS automatically fails. Use your scan tool and properly pull the PCM and cluster fault codes. Second best, put the cluster into the dealer test mode and pull the cluster DTCs related to PATS. Post the fault codes. Otherwise, try a new transceiver.The dash lights are, check engine, abs, battery light, brights and so on are dimming in and out. Also the code flashing for the theft is a a code 11 as well.
