You'll want 90+ melee stats for duos and 85+ for trios. You also need 70+ prayer and piety. It's really not worth soloing. For gear you'll want tassets, tent, hally/ags, guthans, warrior helm/f hat, karils top for duoing and bcp for trioing. If you want to tank you'll need guthans, tent, dfs/crystal shield, and sgs or ags.
