You want high fire rate and multishot for Lephantis.Imo the vectis prime is the most usable all purpose sniper. Good enough for eidolons and fast enough for regular gameplay. Rubico is better for eidolon but much harder to use in normal gameplay without massive reload speed boosts which limits your choice of warframe, or arcane momemtum which limits your arcane selection.As for getting Rubico Prime, apart from the old-fashioned way with hoping someone has Rubico Prime Relics in random Public matchmaking in lobbies (unlikely), you can trade (eh), or just buy the parts out from another (better); currently on the Warframe Market website, the full set goes for 59P+, so, affordable.
