Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV server. Old IP restored. I have 3 uverse receivers, with wired connection, BG210 router. This problem has happened to me twice in the past two months. I'll turn on the TV and get a message "uverse not available at this time.
