Although I would have preferred the all Blue or Stainless version (I have the 'ghetto gold'), I got this one for a song and a dance. I traded my MINT condition PT145 for it and I was only into the PT145 for $280.The Taurus G3X scores well in both those areas. When talking size, the G3X has a notably shorter barrel than many pistols in the compact category. It’s 3.2-inch barrel is almost an inch shorter than the 4.02-inch-long Glock G19 barrel, and most compact pistols have 3.8- to 4-inch barrels.The gun I now carry came with a spare magazine and is the same size when laid on top of a Walther, but is a little fatter, and heavier when loaded. It is the sub-compact Taurus PT145 Millennium Pro. With the double stack mag, I now carry 10 + 1 rounds of 45acp, a huge improvement in fight ending stopping power without over penetration.
