We are no longer in beta and the update is running so well for u11, I can't w...Meaning that any mods that are not weapons or reskinned spells can not be made. Things such as mystic hands or spectral armory for example can’t be made since they require special scripts. Another thing to note is that once scripting come out, not all scripted mods will be able to be ported as they are too powerful for the quest 2.
