tripleh3195. This has happened to me as well on my dads car. Its on 08 Honda Civic LX. My theory is that it happens when there is low fuel in the vehicle. I noticed that when I'm low on gas, i would get the buzz sound, but when the gas level is higher than 1/4 of the tank, i dont here it. Still im a little concerned.

I have noticed this noise coming from the car on cold start that lasts for about 2-3 seconds. Below is the video that I have made.This is located at the lower part of the under dash panel on the drivers side of the car.
