Adding my experience. Two Glock 43x. Glock store extended controls and mag release. Two S15 mags. Based on the 'bumps' photo above I guess mine are Gen 2. Both magazines in both Glock's have the same failures. 1. Failure to feed on slide release. 2. Failure to eject round one. Before going to the range I took the mag apart and checked the spring and did a little sanding inside the mag on the polymer side, on the sharp edges of the follower and the top edges of the the mag.
