I posted there the exact behavior I'm seeing. Sort of. I have 2 Etrade accounts, but they share a login. One has a 1099-consolidated with only dividends to report. Turbotax started pulling this one around the time you posted. My other account has a 1099-consolidated with a 1099-Div and 1099-B with lots of trades.
