Body hair overlay only applies to the main body mesh, not the genitals. This is due to how the overlay system was designed. RaceMenu for NPC's will show them in a T-pose during slider changes. This is intentional and required when updating skeleton scaling since the game is paused. NPC will resume animations once the menu is closed.
Using the same preset you can now build any bodyslide compatible armor to match that body by using the same preset. Use the same Outfits/body tab and dropdown to find the outfits. Build the outfits you wish to use. Eventually you will want to batch build but you can try that later. The outfits you built to the same preset will now match your body.

I've had to install it a couple of times, and each time it's taken me a few hours to do it, including setting up Bodyslide. A lot of it is setting up all the sliders and tweaks to be perfect for how you want, and I am a bit of a perfectionist. I also wouldn't recommend trying to download and extract each other's files, because your game might freak out and break because there are more female body models than expected. Reinstall CBBE using MO2 installer which will walk your through the install. Note MO2 can do any install NMM can do.
