I've done a lot of research trying to figure this out but am having a hard time. Additionally, there seems to be a number of options for creating a pre-market scanner in tos. For example, there is the Gap_UP study, but there is also After_Hours_Percentc_Change study. In the “Public” section you will find existing scanners with various percentages of “Change Gainers”, “Change Losers”, etc. Set up Low Float Scanner in the TOS trading platform.
