Repels are a bad idea against Margaret, as she absorbs the element she attacks with. You can lose Repel Dark, as she doesn't use instakills. I would want Enduring Soul on any persona I take to fight Margaret. Apt Pupil enhances Hassou Tobi, and Megidolaon is not optimal as it's expensive and Yoshitsune's Magic stat is not brilliant.

Nearly any Yoshitsune build is broken because of Hassou Tobi and your coverage is really good on it's own. If you don't have any other reliable personas, I probably wouldn't actually change anything about your build aside from upgrading the nulls to absorbs or repels (and maybe switching heat riser for dekaja/dekunda depending on the next boss).I'm sure there may be another way as well.
