Sooo it’s February 2023 and I am still having this issue on Madden 23 Game Pass. I had my Xfactor ability for the first season and now it never works. It doesn’t even show up on the pre-game screen. I’ve tried resetting my abilities and skills, turning them off and on, neither of which helped.
