Imo KOTOR is still worth playing even if you got spoiled. Although the Revan reveal is an important part of what makes the game great there's plenty of other components that make the game awesome. Kotor 1 is a more classic, lighthearted, and optimistic Star Wars story, and it also has the benefit of actually being complete on release, unlike Kotor 2.
