Mule 2510 4wd Problems. I have a 1994 Mule 2510 4x4 that I am having trouble with. The front wheels are not driven when put in 4wd. I traced the cables and they are activating the transmission appropriately. I jacked it up and can see that the propeller shaft is turning, but the front wheels are not driven. The universal joints are all intact.

The vehicle is currently at a dealer who has replaced the master cylinder, bleed the system several times and not observed any visual leaks at hoses or wheel couplings.Never have any problem going forward on the steepest hills. Im not trying to trample flatbeds post about the front ball joints being able to pull out. Sorry flatbed. Flatbed found that the bolts holding the ball joints in place werent close enough to the ball joint stem to fit into its groove, thus the ball joint could work its way out.The Kawasaki mule fuel pump problem may cause your engine to stop without any warning, whilst the vehicle is in the process of moving. Since it was never driven and sat in the guys garage and idled pretty crappy, I replaced the Oil & filter, gas filter, plugs. Air filter was fine so I left it.
