I got an alert from Justfly this morning and before booking I decided to research the company. After finding Trustpilot.com I thought that things would go smoothly. After booking I realized my mistake because I received an email from Justfly to review them on Trustpilot for a chance to win some free air fare.I called 3 numbers, 800.717.5015, 800.900.1431, 213.986.3515, when you call it sends you on a loop and tells you to go to the website, then hangs up. I emailed 3 emails today [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. I got an automated reply the email is no longer monitored.JustFly.com falsely advertised cheap fares to Cancun, using typical bait and switch tactics. I copied JustFly on all my correspondences so they knew what I was appealing and what documents I had to support my case on getting a full refund.
