long story short it started with low fuel press>fouled plugs/wires > MAF bad > FPR bad. i fixed the low fuel pressure with a missing o-ring in the fuel pump assembly, the wires and plugs probably got bad from running rich for too long and the MAF was just plain dirty. The fuel pressure regulator probably made the most difference.
