Hughesnet system control center not working.

I just had my internet installed on Feb 6th and on feb 8th it stopped working. My modem lights on system, transmit and receive do not light up. I called hughesnet and they ran all the tests and said its the modem and they would call back within 24-48 hrs to set up a time for a technician to come out. Needless to say nobody called.Aug 8, 2018 · Unplugged modem last night, seems to help a little , guess it resets.--The lights on modem in question are, System,Transmit,and Lan. Sometimes just System and Lan go off. I have pictures on my phone when it was in a state where no trasmit or recieve, Said no communication to the gateway. Nothing to block dish line of site. For my laptop (X170KM-G) I found control center v3.36 on that webpage. Once downloaded and unzipped be sure to run setup.bat NOT setup.exe. At least that was the trick for me. There is too much latency in the HughesNet system to allow two way communication with the cameras and the app on your phone. Also the Ring cameras use a lot of data since all motion activations are stored on the Internet.

Anyway, I now have internet connectivity but I'm unable to get to the system control center at 192.168.0.1 from any device on our network (I was using two different Android devices with Dolphin browser). I can, however, get to the wifi settings page at 192.168.42.1. If I do connect to the built in wifi I can access the control center.
