Having the same issue. You can rename the app and folder of Bonelab to suit the requirements. It naturally crashes on startup, but after doing this Melonloader tries to latch onto Bonelab even if you change the names back. But Melonloader isn't working for it yet. So maybe in the future. Boneworks gives the option both ways.
