I don't know much about cams, but I think shutter speed is likely part of the problem. When the cam senses something, there's a delay between that sensor input and the picture being taken.Under the "camera" tab in the app, both cameras show the "clock" icon in red. Both have plenty of battery, signal, and card space. I have tried to reach Tactacam customer service multiple times with to no avail. Turn cam off, take it in one hand and hit into the palm of your other hand on all four sides. Not real hard just good solid bumps. Three or four per side.
