I understand the warranty would be expired due to mileage but is it worth the risk? For argument sake say $57+ for new and $41k for used.M3P handles much better, it's a lot more fun! The only thing the Y has going for it is extra space, if you don’t need the space then i see no advantage. The 3 is cheaper, faster, has more range, and looks better. I’ve owned both, and have a MYP now. While the Y is still loads of fun to drive, I miss the M3P.
