Jeep compass shuts off while driving.

After 17,000 miles while driving speeds from 35 to 75, vehicle shuts off. Sometimes starts in 3 tries, sometimes takes 10 minutes. Another idea, faulty ignition switch. Try driving with just a single key in the ignition, not on a chain of keys. If that helps the ignition switch is probably the culprit.
