SMG's have very fast TTK's (.68s with Ikelos) and their downfall is range. Being experienced with smg recoil patterns and control, I go full into maximizing range, and there are imo only two options. 1: fullbore, accurized, killingwind, range finder, range MW.

You can’t farm it. The gunsmith rank up packages can drop it so you could try dumping a ton of weapon parts into his lap. what I learned is you just play with what you have rn. no poing in chasing a specific build that's dependent on mods or specific exotics, unless thoser exotics are tied to quests. Play the game man.
