Some servers have base destruction disabled or the only way to raid a base is with c4. Look at what the server mods are. Hacksaw should be able to destroy the Codelock.

There is NO other way to "dismantle" the gate parts. If you want to "destroy" the gate, you need 12 Grenades, or 4 Plastic Explosives. You need just 2 plastic explosives to destroy a gate/fence. I stand corrected, still does not help the OP get the wire off a locked gate tho ..

Not sure don't build watchtowers but crowbar is best for dismantling fences, you obviously also need a shovel for the base / pliers for any wire used. no, you can't build a gate from a tower. And you can build a gate into the bottom floor by placing a fence kit before you build the tower, and the don't build that section of the watchtower.

That's 750 hits per one barrier breakage. One weapon, would go from pristine to worn/damaged after 125 hits (this one I can't remember exactly I haven't played in a couple months). So all around. It for me, atleast, took about 4-6 weapons to break through the bottom wall and frame.
