The radio code is supposed to be a 4 digit number. You can only get the radio code by calling (800) 999-1009 (6:00 am to 5:00 pm PCT). You will get an automated system. Press 3 for Navigation or Security Codes. Stay on the phone to talk to a person. The website is essentially useless for the Radio code and does not work.
