This is on the driver side. I can look up from the floor of the driver side and see the actuator moving when it clicks. It is above and behind the steering wheel. It appears likeep I can access the actuator from behind the instrument cluster, but if there is a bar or metal plate directly behind the cluster then I can't obviously get to it.

Over at f150forums I found a post for a 2015 F150 claiming it is fuse #5, 7.5 amp but according to my owners manual, there's no 7.5 amp fuses in either fuse box and none of them are labeled for blend door actuator (which I figured was a long shot it would have its own fuse).
