I have regularly stayed here twice a year for over 7 years. It is the only place I would consider staying after 40 plus years of travel to Marco Island, FL. The residents here are all nice and respectful as well as quiet. The facilities are top notch on this 12 story Beach front with a magnificent pool and Beach.

Have been to both, and much prefer Marco. It is a lot smaller than Hilton Head, and much more an island atmosphere.
