I had 5 overpayment letters in the mail when I checked it today. 3 are explaining the different overpayment reasons and 2 are letters stating I can request to waive the overpayment(s) Reply replyCan’t find overpayment waiver and not able to see account information. I was finally able to reset the pin and log into CONNECT but I can’t find anything about the overpayment waiver form.
