According to the wiki, it's hidden inside a reishi tree stump near the cabin, yet the only stump I could find (right in front of the door) isn't available to interact with.The Ravine Basin is found by climbing down a rope (that you must supply), just to the right of the crossing that connects Mystery Lake with the Coastal Highway.
