It came on at first but went out. The driver side headlight unit works perfectly. What issue (s) am I looking at here with this headlight. I tried replacing the whole unit but ...May 30, 2021 · Remove the actuator and see if there is any resistance on the lever it moves. Move it manually in both directions to see if you go from heat to A/C. I attached the directions below for removal. (Pic 1) Pic 2 shows what you will see when it's removed. Make sure the two levers I highlighted are moving and tight. Be sure that the correct coolant is in it. OEM is an OAT coolant (meeting Chrysler MS-90032) that doesn't mix well with other coolant types. If the radiator cap wasn't on straight, it may not have been fully installed. When the coolant ports plug up inside the heater core they plug up first on the side with low flow which happens to be the passenger side.
