Botw firefly quest not working.

I'm currently trying to get the Thunder Helm and I believe this is my last quest. how do i even pick up this quest! ive looked everwhere for liana and i cant find her. ~~I found her when getting the thunder helm back as part of the main story. I didn't have the quest prior though.
