Placing Toxic Gunner and Ranger that high hurts my brain. Ranger still viable as a boss killer for people w/o accel. Also one of the best ways to deal with flying enemies, certainly not bad and can’t see it going any lower. Toxic gunner is a sidegrade to regular soldier hence they are on the same tier.
