Highest + thinnest character build (maximizes HP and Ki Blast damage). You will end up with -> 10 bars of stamina -> 7 bars of Ki -> more than 2 1/2 bars of health -> maximized Ki Blast Supers ...Frieza's Race are generally Ki Blast and Melee characters. Because of their low Strike damage below-average HP. They can be played as glass cannons brawlers. This build should work in both PVP and PVE. <Stats>. HP - 20 - Remaining points. SP - 42 - Needed for Evasive Skills. Ki - Ignore.
