On PVE,i like Carbine 7 with Flatline more than Kingbreaker. The golden bullet event make the Kingbreakers rate of fire much better but you need to get that golden bullet right away. After that you can melt the enemies. perfect flatline + spotter + technician's pulse attachment makes for good raw damage.
