A new front-end has been added to Ryujinx: Ryujinx.Headless.SDL2. This is a minimalist variant of the emulator without a GUI that can be started and configured via command line. This is available on a separated release zip. (see ryujinx-headless-sdl2-{version} variants on Appveyor) This doesn't have any updater.

This is a technical impossibility. Ryujinx or any other emulator has no way of knowing what is a shader and what isn't until one is called. You cannot simply search the game files for "shaders" and then compile them.
